Frequently asked questions
What areas do you service?
We’re based in Christchurch and work throughout New Zealand: South Island, North Island and beyond. Our mobile operation deploys to your location, however remote.
How quickly can you schedule a job?
Standard services are typically scheduled within 3–5 business days. Urgent needs such as insurance assessments after damage events are prioritised, often same or next day depending on location and weather.
What if the weather is poor on the day?
Safety and data quality come first. If conditions don’t allow safe flight or would compromise the data, we reschedule at the earliest suitable time at no extra cost. Our drones are water-resistant and handle light to moderate rain.
Are you insured and certified?
Yes. We hold comprehensive liability insurance, our pilots are CAA-certified, and we operate under a CAA Part 102 certificate with strict safety protocols.
How do you deliver the results?
Usually as digital reports, high-resolution imagery, measurements and recommendations via a secure download link, plus 3D viewer links where relevant. Printed copies are available on request.
What payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, direct bank transfer, and purchase orders for established business clients. Terms are typically a 20% deposit on booking, with the balance due on delivery of the final report.
